DESCRIPTION:We’re Adding to Enlighten 2025!\nJoining Canberra’s luminous festival this year with our collaboration with Motti Smith Events. In the Blacklight Dessert Lab\, we’re turning treats into glowing creations under UV light – where desserts meet science with some pretty cool results. \nThe Need-to-Knows\nWhen: 28th of February to 10th of March Where: Opposite Bureau of Meteorology  Time: 5pm – 11pm \nThe Glowing Goodness\nStep into our Blacklight Dessert Lab where UV-reactive glazed donuts and ice cream swirls with beautiful colours under the blacklights. We’ve also teamed up with THICC Cookies to create some special edition treats that look great in photos (and taste even better). \nNight Games & Good Times\nOur after-dark games are lighting up the parliamentary lawns this year. We’ve got glowing table tennis that create mesmerising patterns with every rally\, illuminated ladder ball that adds some sparkle to your throw\, and cornhole boards with retro effects. Also new to the party is our Kaleidoscope Photobooth – a cosy little spot that fits 2-4 people for some trippy portrait shots under the stars. \nThe Snack Situation\nFood Trap Food Truck back with some favourites – those cheeseburger dumplings that vanished in record time last festival are making a return (you know the ones)\, along with their crowd-favourite miso cauliflower. Over at Dessert Dealer\, they’re bringing their famous THICC shakes and those golden churros that everyone talks about. The Blacklight Dessert Lab menu rounds out your sweet options nicely. \nThe Enlighten Lowdown\nEvery autumn\, Canberra’s iconic buildings shed their serious side for something more playful. Parliament House\, the National Gallery and other cultural venues become canvases for impressive light shows.
